My Story

I grew up in England playing elite-level football (soccer) until an injury knocked me off track and shifted my path from pro-football to the corporate grind. Through university and a fast-paced tech sales career in London, I let my health slide. Late nights, client dinners, and constant pressure left me 25 pounds overweight—nowhere near the athlete I used to be.

When my wife and I moved to Canada, immigration rules stopped me from working for eight months. That pause became my wake-up call. I leaned hard into fitness, dropped the weight, rebuilt my confidence, and pushed myself into 5Ks, 10Ks, marathons, and even full Ironman triathlons.

But consistency was always the missing piece. I’d go all-in during training seasons… then fall off and lose ground.

By my late 30s, I was buried in corporate leadership roles. Travel, flights, hotels, time zones, and nights out dulled my edge. I looked older, felt slower, and knew I was letting myself down.

Then came the health scare at 41. It hit hard. That’s when my wife and I walked away from the life we’d built to pursue our coaching business full-time and start living deliberately—on our terms.

I committed to consistency.

To discipline.

To high-impact habits that stick.

Now, at 49, I’m in the best shape of my life—stronger, leaner, more energetic, and more in control than ever. And I’ve helped hundreds of men and women do the same.


Why I Coach

I’ve lived the gap... successful at work and at home, but falling behind in health.

I know what it’s like to want your body back. To feel athletic again. Strong. Confident. In charge... not ruled by fatigue, extra weight, or old habits.
